This tool helps hone skills in dodging, knocking and twisting the body, reaction time and speed, thereby strengthening defensive abilities. The realistic 17.8cm x 10cm leather is filled with weighted material, making it approximately 3.6 kg heavy. The pear comes with an extra long, durable 137cm braided nylon suspension cord with an S hook that allows you to attach it to a door, ceiling, roof beam, steel pipe etc so you can use it anytime. It is the same size as a boxing glove, providing more realistic action. Wiggling the pear at different speeds can increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.
