Compact and waterproof, Rival Punch Sensors use Bluetooth® technology to connect to your smartphone and sync with the POWA Boxing App. Use the comfortable, adjustable wrist straps to attach one sensor to each wrist and forget you're wearing them. Now you're ready to engage in your normal training on the bag, on the gloves, shadow boxing and even sparring.


During your workout, the sensors will not only count the number of punches you perform, but also measure your speed and acceleration.

The POWA Boxing App will rate your punches using a five-star scoring system and provide you with an average punch score and total punch count at the end of your workout. Real-time data is automatically recorded in the POWA Boxing App so you can analyze your punches and adjust your training regimen accordingly.
