Return of goods

Returns – Czech Republic and Slovakia

If the ordered goods do not suit you, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us at info@fenek-sport.biz to request a return code (returns using our code cost 80 CZK).
  2. Take the parcel to a Zásilkovna drop-off point and provide the code to the staff.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your money or arrange an exchange.

Return conditions:

  • Goods must be clean, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging
  • Goods must be complete INCLUDING the TAG
  • Packaging must be opened carefully - clear bags must be returned in their original condition
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box, packed in another box to maintain the integrity of the packaging
  • Include an invoice or cover letter in the package for identification, otherwise returns will not be possible
  • We do not accept COD shipments
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

If the returned goods do not meet the conditions for withdrawal from the contract (in particular if they are used, damaged, incomplete, etc.), the goods will be sent back to the customer at their expense. The seller is entitled to request these costs in advance.

Returns – Other EU Countries

If the ordered goods do not suit you, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Return shipping costs from other EU countries are borne by the customer in full.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your money or arrange an exchange.
